Current Vacancies

The Group is seeking to recruit a Senior Architect to strengthen its well-established, dynamic team and to complement the growing business. The chosen candidate will report to the Director of Sites and his responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing architectural and engineering plans.
  • Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
  • Providing guidance to contractors and helping them interpret design specifications.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets and bills of quantities.
  • Documenting any changes in design and updating project budgets.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, design, or similar.
  • Warrant issued by the relevant authorities.
  • Experience working within a similar role and environment, ideally in property development projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
  • In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
  • Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
  • Be able to communicate in both Maltese and English.

The Group is seeking to recruit a Draughtsman / Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its well-established, dynamic team and to complement the growing business.
The chosen candidate will report to the Project Manager and his responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
  • Preparing reports, analyses, and project budgets.
  • Documenting any changes in design and updating project budgets. Prepare bills of quantities and other documentation.
  • Measure and value the works done on site.
  • Liaising with site managers, clients, and contractors.
  • Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

Job requirements:

  • Experience working within a similar role and environment, ideally in property development projects.
  • Have the relevant qualifications.
  • Efficient and have a great eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated and can work on own initiative.
  • Possess a valid and clean driving licence.
  • Be able to communicate in both Maltese and English.

The Group is seeking to recruit a Maintenance person to strengthen its well-established, dynamic team and to complement the growing business. The chosen candidate will report to the Director of Sites and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provide a comprehensive maintenance and repair service.
  • Carry out a range of tasks including basic painting, gypsum works, tile lying and other general maintenance building works.
  • Interact and collaborate with contractors to ensure that works are completed up to required standards.
  • Be compliant with safe working practices and report.
  • Ready to travel to different sites as required.
  • Carrying out any other tasks that may be required to achieve the company’s objectives.

Job requirements:

  • Experience working within a similar role and environment, ideally in property development projects.
  • Efficient and have a great eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated and can work on own initiative.
  • Possess a valid and clean driving license.
  • Be able to communicate in both Maltese and English.
